Gotta love the fridge art. This is a great concept, it really displays childhood well. I think a couple of things that would make this shot better would be dof and pov. The dof is a little too shallow, we need to close down and get everything in focus, this may be a limitation of either light or your camera, but getting more in focus would help this one out. Also I think this would be more powerful if we saw it more from a child's perspective. You are pretty much level with it, but what if you shot look up on the words? I think the pov looking up would add power to this shot. Nice job.

I agree with Travis. A larger DOF would have been good for this shot, as well as more light. Great concept though.

I'm not sure that I would want to see ALL the letters in better focus, but definitely the 'Child of God' should be tack sharp. I know we are supposed to comment on the photo itself, but I would like to see this in a nice frame, maybe a bit of a tighter crop and perhpas a blur or vignette on the edges for more impact!

I think this is a great idea!! Who doesn't have magnents on their fridge that get moved around by little fingers? I actually think that I like the angle of it. It is from a child's perspective. If you take the picture with the words all up above then I wouldn't think that a child did it because it would be to high for them to reach. I agree that if the "Child of God" was more in focus it would be great. It doesn't bother me that the outside letters are out of focus because they aren't the focal point.

Well, I agree that having a soft blur or vignette would make this picture awesome. More lighting would be helpful. I like the POV just how it is. And I have no idea what DOF stands for. This is a great shot! I can't believe I didn't even think of magnets!

love the idea cute letters and great saying. i like the child of god to be more of the focus.

Maybe "Child of God" would have stuck out more if you didn't have all those other magnets around it. Or if the letters were closer together. Not sure, just throwing some suggestions your way. I bet this one would be a blue ribbon winner if it said "Janae is the best!!" Good idea with the magnets.
