Nice image. Need to watch the blowouts though. The sky and some of the water is overexposed.

I really like the composition in this shot. The lines formed by the different parts of the fountain really add interest. The water is flowing really well and the rule of thirds is being used all over the place. A couple of things I would change, first the guy in the background is distracting. Watch for what is showing up everywhere in your shot if it isn't too busy of a place wait for a time when there aren't any people there. Also as Jenluvs2scrap said there are a lot of blown out highlights. This is probably happening because it is too bright outside. The camera exposed for the fountain and did a pretty good job, but where the sun is reflecting right off the water, and the sky in the background the exposure is too high. The other possibility is that you had your shutter speed too long, probably because you wanted the nice flowing water. To fix this either shoot at a different time during the day, noon is about the worst time to take pictures, when there is less light, or on a day that is overcast so things don't get blown out. Nicely done, just watch the lighting.

i thought this one looked really cool. i love all the water from all the directions and the building was neat. the sun was a little bright but i liked the idea.

Kev nice shot. Watch everything in the picture to make sure you are not taking away from the shot you are trying to get - such as the guy. Otherwise, I love how you got water coming from all different angles. It is a great shot.

Yup I like it. I like the other first noticed that guy in the background. Next time you need to have stace and the kids block off the area so you can get a perfect shot. Your water looks nice and silky, loving that! And I really like the lamppost in the background.

Perhaps it my monitor [I'm on a laptop] but it looks like the image could use a little oomph, maybe a colour pop or contrast tweak. I agree with Jen, that there are a few blowouts. Normally I don't mind blowouts!!
Overall, I really like this shot, especially your composition!
