middle name is.....

This may seem like a strange picture to most of you for this challenge, but that's okay. You see, my husband's middle name is Sharp!

VERY clever idea! =) The focus looks slightly soft, but I really love the angle.

I never knew his middle name. I like the angle. Did you know that it is best to take pictures looking up at adults and looking down at children. It is supposed to be more natural. I hope Kevin doesn't take this bad, but his hair (stubble I mean) looks a tad green. I am guessing it is a color cast from the plant (or something else green) behind him. If that were the case having a different background could easily fix that. I also think it would be a little better if the top of the head were not cut off.

Interesting take on the theme. I have to add to what Janae said, looking up at somebody makes it feel like they are more important, so I think this was a good choice of angle. I also really love that there are reflections in his glasses. Nice use of the rule of thirds on his eyes as well. I think this shot just missed nailing the focus. Try to make sure you focus right on those eyes. In a portrait the eyes are the most important, if they aren't tack sharp the rest of the picture looks oof, even if its not. Nicely done.
