This is Awesome Janae!! I love the shadow. I don't know, that's what stands out the most to me.

Great idea for the theme! It all looks good to me. Only comment I have is I'm kind of picky on horizontal lines and your table/counter is a bit off the horizontal! Not a biggy tho, cause I think this photo is awesome.
BTW - you've replaced your other bulbs with Compact Flourescents right????

Clever idea...I like the composition, but perhaps a little more contrast? I also really like the shadow.

I didn't notice the shadow until I read everyone's comments (which is why I like reading what everyone has to say because then I can pick up on the subtle images I have missed). I like the caption - very clever. I think it's a great shot but the broken glass part is not as focused and therefore doesn't come across as sharp to me.

I really like the simplicity of the background in this shot, it helps me to focus in on the broken light bulb. I'm not sure that the shadow adds much to the picture, but I don't think it distracts either. This might have been a slow shutter speed for trying to hand hold the shot. Either find a way to get the shutter speed faster, or use a tripod. I like all the different edges formed by the broken bulb, and I think its nice we can see the filament too. Nicely done with this shot.

Love the detail in this. DOF is nice, too.

I love the thumbprint on the light bulb - just had to put that in. I love the simple background which makes my eye focus on the light bulb. Great job!!

Great take on the theme. Not sure if it's my monitor, but seems like it needs to be brightened just a tad. Not much though.
