A face only a mother can love
What a cute subject. Too bad you couldn't have used a tripod with a larger DOF, but I know how it is to try to get a shot of a non-willing dog. Great color in the shot.

This is a great shot. I really love how well you focused in on that right eye. I also love the line formed by the snout. This is a nicely done shot. The colors in the background from that blanket, I'm guessing its a blanket, are a little distracting though. I realize taking a picture of a pet can be challenging, but finding a spot with a better background would have helped out things here. Nice job on this shot.

I agree with Travis that the blanket is distracting. It completely detracts from precious and sweet looking Gracie! She is a beautiful subject!

I love how the eyes are so in focus so that my attention is drawn there. I also love how the dog is looking down - those are my favorite dog looks!

I like the focus on the eyes, agree about distraction of background colours. Such a nice shot of Gracie it would be worth the effort of blurring/cloning over the fabric.

Love the shot of the dog. The only thing I would suggest is to try and get the multiple colors out of the back ground. For me it seems to always draw my eyes off the dog and to the back ground. Nice picture though.
