Love the colors in this shot. We have a HUGE collection of toy cars at our house, too.

I like all the different colors here and it definitely fits the theme well. The biggest thing I'm seeing in this shot, or not seeing, is that there isn't a nice clear subject. My eyes keep wandering throughout the entire frame trying to find something to stop on. This type of a shot is hard to define a clear subject, but using a nice shallow dof could help to single out one of the cars and give us something to focus on. Overall I like the take on the theme.

I agree with Travis on this one. I'd liket o have seen a more shallow DOF and the focus on one of the subjects. The color is pretty good.

My eyes are having a hard time focusing on any one of these cars in particular. Some suggestions for you would be maybe doing all black (or any color you choose) cars in a pile and then placing 1 of a different color and focusing on that one (say for example, yellow) then your eye would have a place to be drawn to, making it stand out. I like the idea and toy cars are a great way to get around.

This is a little too busy for my taste and the flash reflections don't add anything...again...I agree with Janae that having 1 focal car would be better...I might even suggest some selective color **gasp** =)

I feel like I just walked into the kids' bedroom! I thought car #27 was your focus but I get what everyone else is saying too. I do like the shot - a bit dark but it's fun and creative!

Great take on this challenge. I agree with having a more shallow DOF and focusing on one car in particular. I also like Janae's idea. I, too, did focus on the #27 car and like this idea!
