Frozen in time

This is a nicely captured shot. I like the ice and the water. The colors are nice and crisp, this is one of my favorites. One thing I would do differently would be to have a faster shutter speed. I think that in this case seeing the droplets of water frozen, especially since the theme is frozen in time, would be more interesting. That way the drops would be nice and sharp and it would be easier to tell they are actually water, not new icicles. Also there are a couple of spots, like in the bottom left corner, that have some things so far in front into the foreground that they are blurred and they actually detract my eyes a little bit, even though they are very small areas of the picture they take away my attention. Nicely done.

I like your picture and also think it is done very well. The only piece I notice that distracts (just slightly and I mean just a little bit) is that some there are some spots that appear almost a little fuzzy. But very well done.

Great photo...This was what I sort of had in mind...but then we've just gotten more and more snow and none of it melted! LOL

I like the texture and the depth. Invokes a feeling of cold. I like it when pictures make me feel something.

This is much like the photo I was going to submit! But then I had internet problems and couldn't post it in time! The image really shows 'icy'. Nice shot. Is that running water at the top of the frame?
