Love the sharp focus and how you offset the door knocker. Definitely gives it a bit more interest instead of doing the expected of putting it in the middle.

I agree with you, I really like the textures in the wood. Also as was mentioned I like that it is off center, that adds to the dynamics of the shot. I am actually having a hard time of thinking of ways to improve the shot. One thing I might try is to get more contrast out of PPing. Mabye getting the knocker to stand out from the door a little bit more. Overall, nice job on this one.

This shot is definitely one after my own heart. I like to find interesting things like this to shoot. Again I will agree with the comments above - but to add to it I really like the shadow of the knocker. It doesn't overpower the frame. Well done.

I really like the texture of the wood as well. I like the shodow of the ring as well and how it plays into the picture. It's a nice shot!
