Awesome. I have some similar stuff growing on my tree stumps around my fire pit. Funny, I had thought about shooting that for this challenge too. Glad I didn't LOL. Nice color and composition here.

Nice focus and love the textures in the tree.

I like this shot a lot. The tree really is cool. The texture on the bark is awesome, and the fungi are cool too. Nicely done to blur out the background as well so we don't get any distractions from there. I think it would be cool to get even closer in one one, or a smaller group, of the fungi though. Bring us right up close so we can get even a better feeling for the texture and the designs on the fungi. Nicely done with this one.

Wow - cool picture! They almost look like clams coming out of the tree even though we know it's fungi. I think I may have liked a closer shot at the fungi but this one really captures the stacked look. The tree is great!

i love this one i like it just as it is i think it more interesting to see a big chunk of the tree

Nicely done, only suggestion I would make would be to move around the tree to centre one of the fungus lines of growth, or as has been suggested, closer shot to avoid 2 lines leading eye out of the image.

This is my favorite one of the week. I love the detail on the tree and 'fungi' or what ever it is. I love the way each of them curve up and down. It gives the picture a cool effect. It was a great find and a great picture. Good job!
