20 little sandy toes

I like this idea. I really like how you placed the pairs of feet in the thirds of the frame. The balance helps lead our eyes to the front pair as well. I wish that you would have used a smaller dof here though, so that the front feet were just that much more brought to our attention. I can't quite tell if the focus is off or not here, because the sand just makes the feet look less sharp, but that could be the sand or the camera, I just can't tell which one it is. Nicely done.

I wish I could see more toes and less sand, but otherwise a nice shot.

I also like how the two pairs of feet are placed in the thirds lines- nice composition! I agree that maybe a smaller DOF would have added more interest, but overall I think this is a nice shot!

I love beach shots. I think I would like this one a little better if it were zoomed in a littel closer on the feet. Love how you can see the texture of the sand on the toes.

Again - I am jealous. I didn't notice the 2nd set of feet at first so somehow if that would've been more obvious to me I would've really enjoyed this shot even more. I do love how grainy the sand is on the feet. That was a clever way to show that.

This is one of my favorites this week. I love the lighting, shadows, the placement of the feet, the focus on the front pair and inclusion of the back pair, and most of all the texture of the sand and how it makes you feel like Jeff just really wants to go and wash up! Love it.
