I think this is a good idea. I wish that the e was more obvious though. If I saw that one all by itself I probably wouldn't know what letter it was supposed to be. I like how the shadows come in from the corner, that is a great interaction of the positive space with the border. I thought about doing some type of shadow puppets for this challenge too, but I couldn't think of a good way to do it, I think this is great.

Great idea, but it would be better if the shawdows were sharper. If I could make out the LOVE better. I like your choice of background it works well for this challenge.
