I was drawn to the contrast between the old wood and new wood of this fence. It sets a theme of preservation, heritage and importance.

Very neat gate to the fence. Love all the textures in your shot especially the bumpy stones and that fringy looking bark on the tree. I like your take on the contrasts old-new, all the different contrasts in the browns, and even the contrasting textures.
