Like the contre expression here although I think it puts the focus on the light rather than the outline of your subject.

What would the effect have been if you put the sun right behing the flower instead? I need to try more of these shots myself. I love the flowers of spring.

I like the shot and I think having the sun flare adds to it. But the silhouette itself seems a little soft or OOF.

I find the sun flare the focal point rather than the silohette. Neat concept.
