Nice job. There are some spots on the wall that I noticed, but they aren't too distracting. A nice clone in PS could have gotten rid of these quickly. I also wish that the baseboard wasn't there. On some of the letters the little jog in the shadows doesn't matter, but like the M for example, it is a little distracting. I also don't know if I would like it better or not to see the word in the actual letters. It is hard to visualize what might look better in my mind, either seeing the whole word, rather than the F and parts of some of the other letters, or not having them there at all. I think I'm leaning towards wanting to see the word though. In order to get it and your shadows it would probably have to be at an angle that would give us a nice diagonal line through the frame. Just something to try out. I think you have done a great job on this shot though.

Nice strong shawdows, and the flower makes an interesting shape. I would have put the letters on a table to avoid having that baseboard in the background. It cuts through the shadows thus taking away from the overall shot. The A is blown out. Maybe positioning your light source differently would have solved that problem. I almost did something very similar, good thing I changed my mind and went a different route!
