I like this idea. It is unique and has some good interest. I like where you chopped off the head, but I don't necessarily like how the arms are chopped. With only taking off that little bit of the elbows you might as well have just left the entire arm in the image. Also it looks like you used your flash on this shot. The lighting drops off really fast underneath the arms. I think if you would have taken this outside with more natural lighting it would have looked better, we just lose all detail underneath those arms. Overall, nice shot of Mickey here.

it's technically a nice shot...the color, focus and DOF are nice...it tells a story of what it is without seeing the whole picture.

Nice interpretation of this challenge! I like the muted colors and I agree with Farrah that it tells a story without giving all the details. Nicely done. Smile

I like the composition of this shot, but would like it a little more if the elbows weren't cut off. Love the colors.
